Strawberry Fields Photography offer portrait photography in our own studio at our own home "Strawberry Fields" ensuring the photographs are taken in a relaxed and comfortable way, in a family friendly environment. We try to make a Strawberry Fields photo session as fun as possible, it's important to us that you get something out of the experience as well as a fantastic picture.
Suited and Booted or Casual? A few points to bear in mind
when choosing what you are going to wear. Strong colours work well - blacks, reds, oranges, pinks are all good. Pastel colours (except light pink), muted blues and greys don't work as well. Lots of different patterns can be overwhelming particularly in group shots. Textured fabrics are great such as furry collars, woolly hats etc. Individuals can wear pretty much what they like, it's up to you, but, bear in mind our comments about colour.
If you're a family group consider what you look like together. Strawberry Fields photo sessions can be quite energetic, sometimes jewellery, in particular necklaces can move out of place, watches can sometimes b
e distracting for example if you are holding a small baby.
Guitar or Doll? We encourage everyone who comes in for a Strawberry Fields photo session to bring along 'props'. So if you're a musical family, football mad friends or a have a special teddy or doll - bring them along and we can incorporate a theme into some of your pictures.
Pop, Jazz or Classical? Music can be an essential part of creating a relaxed atmosph
ere so please bring along your favourite music.
A portrait sitting will cost £25 and comes complete with a 10" x "photograph.
Photographs will be available for immediate viewing after your portrait sitting. Our portraits usually take up to 1 1/2 hours to allow for viewing and difficult decision making.
Our studio is available for Individual or Family Portraits, Model Portfolios in Black and White or Colour.
